    Wonderfully Informative Book This book is great. It really provides a thorough review of all of the most important supplements. Reading this book has helped me understand the pros and cons of all of the supplements in my kitchen cabinets. The author writes in a way that is very authoritative yet understandable. Love having this book in my home and I am sure I will find myself referencing it over and over again. Highly recommend this book!!

    Very reliable source This book is very informative. It covers many of the commonly “heard about” vitamins/minerals as well as some not so common ones. We are always hearing that too much of this is bad, and not enough of that is bad, but Dr. Kroner breaks it down further and explains the hows and whys on a molecular level that the reader can actually understand. There is so much knowledge in this book! If healthy living is important to you, this is a must read!
